How to change temperature setting between Fahrenheit(F°) and Celsius(C°) on your Breez Max using Cielo Home App?

During registration of the device you can either auto detect your remote or opt for manual configuration. When going for auto remote detection your remote model will be selected for you. Remote model might come out as Fahrenheit, Celsius or both. If a remote model is present in both Celsius & Fahrenheit, the Fahrenheit remote model will be selected automatically for you which you can always change in app to Celsius if you wish.

If you opt for manual configuration you will be asked to enter your manufacturer and the remote model number (Usually found on the back of the remote) from the drop down list and you may choose your preference between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

If you have opted for auto remote detection and your selected remote model was Fahrenheit and you wish to switch to Celsius please follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: On the Home screen, tap on the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you want to change the units of.

Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Device Preferences’.

Step 4: Tap on ‘Temperature Unit’. 

Step 5: Select your preferred unit. Note that changing temperature unit will delete your current schedule, statistics and timeline. Tap ‘Yes’ to proceed. 

Note: In case the option of switching between Fahrenheit & Celsius doesn't show, you can still select your desired remote model with desired temperature setting via change appliance.

For manual selection, follow these steps:

Step 1: On the Home screen, tap on the Breez Max device you want to change the appliance for.

Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Change Appliance’.

Step 4: Tap on 'Manual Configuration'.

Step 5: Tap on the 'Manufacturer' and select the appropriate AC manufacturer from the drop-down list.

Step 6: Tap on 'Remote Model' and select your remote model from the drop-down list.  In this case, 'Model 1 (Celsius)'.

Step 7: Tap on 'Confirm' once you have selected the correct AC manufacturer and remote model.

Step 8: Once selected, send a test On/Off command to your AC. Once the AC accepts the command, tap on 'Done'.
