Registration
1. To initiate a warranty claim for Cielo devices, you will have to first sign up on the Cielo Partners portal. Visit https://partners.cielowigle.com/. Complete the sign-up form by providing all necessary details.
2. The Pro will receive a confirmation email containing the Pro ID and temporary password. Use these credentials to sign in.
Note: In case the email is not in the inbox, please check the junk/spam folder. The email will be sent from this address: donotreply@cielowigle.com
3. Once you sign in, you will have to set up a new password for your account.
4. Once the password is changed, a PDF of the user manual will appear. Please download it to proceed.
Contact Cielo Technical Customer Support
Once you receive the Pro ID, you must contact the Cielo Technical Customer Support at (+1) 425-529-5775, available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue. If Cielo Support team resolves the issue during call, no ticket will be created. Otherwise, a support ticket will be generated, and the details will be emailed to you.
** The warranty claim process will not start unless the Pro contacts Cielo Technical Support from the installation site and allow them to properly assess and troubleshoot the issue**
Once the ticket is generated, you can also track the ticket status on the portal.
Pending: The mentioned issue is still under review.
If the warranty claim has been approved, Pro will receive an email with the reference ID. To claim the warranty, the Pro must visit the distributor with the faulty device and provide the reference ID.
The Pro can also check the warranty claim status on the portal.
In case the mentioned issue has been resolved, Pro will receive an email notification, and ticket will be closed. A warranty claim will not be required in this case.
The portal will also reflect the updated status.
