To troubleshoot this issue:
- Make sure Breez Edge is within the line of sight of the air conditioner.
- The front of Breez Edge should be facing the air conditioner for proper signal transmission.
If the problem persists, it might be due to incorrect remote configuration. To ensure compatibility, try manual remote configuration in the Cielo Home App.
Step 1: Go to settings by tapping the ‘Settings’ icon on the control screen
Step 2: Select ‘Change Appliance’.
Step 3: Select ‘Manual Configuration’.
Step 4: Select your ‘Manufacturer’ & ‘Remote Model’ from the drop-down list and tap ‘Done.’
