Your Breez Plus communicates with your air conditioner using infrared (IR) signals. In most cases, the app stays in sync with your AC’s actual status. However, sometimes a mismatch can occur. For example:
- The AC is ON, but the app shows it as OFF or vice versa.
- The app displays a different setpoint temperature. For instance, the app may show 72°F, while your unit is actually set to 75°F.
💡 Tip: To prevent state mismatches in the future, always point your AC remote at the Breez Plus (not directly at the AC unit) when making changes. This ensures the app remains in sync with your system’s current state.
How to Sync State Using the Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Sync AC State’.
Step 4: Select the AC parameters that you want on your Breez Plus device. Then tap on 'Done'. The Breez Plus device will now display these selected parameter values.
