If you’ve changed the password of your current Wi-Fi connection, upgraded your router, or switched to a new internet provider, you’ll need to reconnect your Breez Lite to the new Wi-Fi network.
📢 Important
- Breez Lite only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It will not connect to 5 GHz networks.
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you are connecting your Breez Lite with.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable to avoid disconnection issues later.
Changing the Wi-Fi Network of Your Breez Lite
Here’s a detailed guide on how to change the Wi-Fi network of your Breez Lite.
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ ⚙️ icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Device Wi-Fi’.
Step 4: Press and hold the button on the right side of your Breez Lite until the status light starts blinking immediately.
Step 5: Allow required permissions.
Step 6: On the Cielo Home app, you’ll see your Breez Lite device name appear on the screen. Tap ‘Next’ to continue.
Step 7: Tap 'Scan Wi-Fi Networks'. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear.
Select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password to connect.
Step 8: Wi-Fi network will be changed successfully. You’ll see a confirmation message in the app.
