The Cielo Enterprise app helps you manage & control your connected ACs from anywhere. It is specifically designed & optimized for businesses to cater for the installed base of their ductless heating or cooling systems. It helps you monitor, control and achieve your targeted energy saving goals with your connected ductless ACs . With Cielo World, your heating or cooling bills are destined to go down.
Logging into the Cielo World App
- You don’t need to install anything on your computer.
- Simply open your internet browser and type home.cielowigle.com
Sign Up
If you don’t have an existing account on Cielo World or Cielo Home app then create an account by clicking on 'SIGN UP'.
On the next screen, enter relevant details and click on 'SIGN UP'.
After successful registration you will be Signed In to Cielo World and redirected to the Main Dashboard.
Sign In
- Simply open your internet browser and type home.cielowigle.com
- Sign In to Cielo World using your Cielo Home app credentials if you're already using it OR if you have signed up with a new account on Cielo World, then you can use those credentials for signing in.
If you wish to 'Sign In' through your Google ID, Facebook ID, or Apple ID, then click on 'Sign in options'.
You can then choose the appropriate 'Sign In' method.
- After successful sign in you will be redirected to the Main Dashboard.
Main Dashboard
Main Dashboard - Menu Section Options:
Main Dashboard - Cielo Devices Status Section:
- Online devices are those which have a working internet connection and are connected to Cielo Cloud.
- Offline devices are those which don’t have a working internet connection and are disconnected from Cielo Cloud.
Note: You can’t perform any actions on Offline devices via Cielo World.
Main Menu – Profile
In order to open ‘Profile’ screen, please click on Main Menu button as shown in the screenshot below.
Click on ‘Profile'.
You will be redirected to the next screen. This section has a 'Personal Info' tab.
Personal Info
In the 'Personal Info' tab, you can change the following:
- Username
- Contact Number
- Full Name
- Password
Note: Filter alerts are sent through email. If you don't provide your email, this field will be disabled.
To change your account password, click on 'Change Password'.
A popover box will appear on your screen.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click on 'Save'
Note: Change Password button will be disabled if you are logged in through Facebook, Google or Apple.
Main Menu - Device Control
You can navigate to device control screen from Main Menu by clicking on 'Device Control' button.
Once you've entered the Control Screen, the following screen will be displayed.
Devices & Zones Section
In the left section of the screen we have two tabs; Zones and Devices
Devices tab shows devices that are not in any zone.
1. Devices Tab
Device Filter Section:
This section allows you to search Cielo devices which are not in any zone. You can sort devices by Name, Temperature, Status (Online / Offline) and Power (On / Off). You can also change the devices sort order (Ascending/Descending).
Cielo Device
Each row represents a Cielo device which is connected to your AC. Selected device will appear in Blue Color.
Green circle shows that Cielo device is powered on and connected to Cloud. You can control this device through Cielo World app.
Red circle shows that Cielo device is either powered off or it doesn’t have a working internet connection.
It shows set point temperature on this device.
It is the device settings icon. In order to open the device settings screen, please click on this icon for more.
It shows the current POWER state of your AC. You can power On/Off your AC using this toggle button.
Device Settings
This section allows you to perform the following operations on Cielo device:
- Change Device Name
- Change Appliance
- Move Device To Zone
- Device Information
- Delete Device
Change Device Name:
You can rename your device from this screen.
Change Appliance:
You can configure your AC remote with Cielo device via auto remote detection and also through manual configuration.
To continue with auto remote detection get a hold of your AC's remote, tap on 'Next'and follow the on screen instructions
To manually set your appliance, click on 'Manual Configuration'.
On this screen, select your AC's manufacturer & remote model number and click on 'Update'.
Note: In case automatic remote detection process fails or you do not find exact model number, please contact us at support@cielowigle.com along with pictures of your AC remote from the front and back.
Move Device to Zone:
From this screen, you can move your device to any Zone.
Note: This option will appear only for devices which are not in any zone.
Remove from Zone:
From this screen, you can remove your device from zone.
Note: This option will appear only for those devices which are in a zone.
Breez Plus Settings:
- From this screen, you can turn On/Off device display.
- You can enable/disable device touch buttons.
Note: This option will appear only for Cielo Breez-Plus devices.
Device Information:
You can find detail device information on this screen e.g. Device MAC address, Firmware version and Device Wi-Fi etc.
Delete Device:
Here you can delete your Cielo Device from your account. This will also remove all device schedules, usage history data and timeline information.
2. Zones Tab
You can create groups of Cielo devices in Cielo World app. We call them Zones in app. For example if you have two or more Cielo devices installed on the first floor of your building then you can create a zone for them and add them to the zone. After doing this you can control those devices from Zone Control screen and apply schedules on them.
Zones Filter Section
This section allows you to search zones and devices within zones. You can change the zones sort order (Ascending/Descending).
1. Click on this icon for creating a new zone.
The following screen will be displayed:
Enter desired zone name and choose an icon.
Click on 'Save' button.
The zone has now been created,, you can move devices to the zone.
2. From zone filters Section, click on this filter icon for advance search options.
The following screen will be displayed:
On this screen, you can specify between searching for a zone or devices within a zone & click 'Apply'
Outer search box will change to this
Enter device name and it will search for a matching device within that zone.
Going back to the zone filter section
'Zone Sort By' option allows you to sort zones on different values like zone name, online devices count and offline devices count.
'Devices Sort By' option allows you to sort devices based on name, temperature, status (Online/Offline), power (On/Off) and offline devices count.
This section shows a zone named as First Floor.
This arrow shows that zone is in expanded form and its devices are shown below.
It represents that zone has 2 ONLINE devices and 0 OFFLINE devices.
Click on this icon against the zone name for zone settings.
On this screen, you can change zone name & icon.
Add Devices To Zone
From this screen, you can add multiple devices to a zone. Devices here are divided in to three types;
- Dehumidifiers Devices
- Fahrenheit Devices
- Celsius Devices.
If your device is set on a Celsius appliance then it cannot be added to a Fahrenheit device zone and vice versa. You can choose the device type from the list.
Note: If your device is in a Celsius zone then you can’t change its appliance to Fahrenheit. To do this you first need to remove the device from the zone.
Remove Devices From Zone
On this screen, you can search and remove multiple devices from a zone at once. Click on the device you wish to remove from the zone, it will become highlighted in blue. Then click on 'Remove'.
Delete Zone

Select a device from either devices or zones and you will see the control screen along with other available features

1. Control
On this screen, you can:
- Power on/off your AC via
button
- Change temperature via temperature dialer control
- Change swing position via Swing Position button (on left side)
- Change fan speed via Fan Speed button (on right side)
- Change mode via Mode Buttons
If you are using Breez Plus or Breez Eco then you might see this screen if your device is not configured for any appliance. In this case please click on ‘Configure Now’ button and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. eSaver
On this screen, you have following options:
- Schedule
- My Rules
- Filter Status
- Maintenance Tips
- Saving Tips
2a. Schedule
All of your device schedules will appear on this screen.
You can set a new schedule via button
The following screen will appear:
Enter a suitable Schedule Name. This field is optional.
Select desired actions you want the AC to perform. E.g.:
- Power On/Off
- Preferred AC mode
- Preferred Temperature
- Preferred Fan Speed
Set time and days on which you want to repeat this schedule. If you want to perform a schedule for the present day only then don't select more days.
Click on 'Save Schedule' button.
The Schedule has been set on the device and will appear in schedules list.
This button shows the status of the schedule. Currently the schedule is in active state and it will perform on the specified time.
One-time schedules automatically get disabled after the execution. User can also disable schedules manually.
You can edit a schedule by clicking on button.
You can delete a schedule by clicking on button.
2b. My Rules
Temperature Range Control gives you the flexibility to set temperature range of your choice. Set a minimum and maximum value so that your AC runs within that range. The set range is locked and can only be disabled by the authorized user helping you save energy.
- Choose your preferred temperature range.
- Click on 'Apply' button to enable it.
2c. AC Filter Status
This screen shows the status of AC’s Air Filter. As you can see above, it shows that AC’s filter has some dust and its value is marked around 4%. Please note this information is generated by usage monitoring algorithm and might not be 100% accurate.
Once it hits a higher percentage, you can remove the AC's air filter to clean it up, Install it back into the AC, click on 'I HAVE CLEANED THE AIR FILTER' and it will reset for you.

On this screen, you will find helpful maintenance tips regarding your AC.

On this screen, you will find helpful information about how you can save energy.
3. History
You can view in-depth usage analytics of your ACs in the Cielo World App. Its detailed features include:
A bar chart displays the usage history of your AC for each day. The bar shows the total time the AC was turned "On" during the day. The color codes for the bar are as follows:
- Green: For AC usage less than 8 hours.
- Yellow: For AC usage between 8 and 12 hours.
- Red: For AC usage greater than 12 hours.
3a. Detailed Analytics
By clicking on the progress bar for a specific day, you can view a detailed history overview for the selected 24 hour period. The detailed history shows the specific mode the AC was in, the set temperature of the AC, and the time of day for each operation. The color codes for each AC mode are as follows:
- Cool: Blue
- Heat: Orange
- Fan: Green
- Dry: Brown
- Auto: Turquoise
In case your Cielo device is online and connected, but your AC is powered off, the detailed history will be white for that duration.
In case your Cielo device is offline and not connected to the internet, the detailed history will be greyed out for that duration.
4. Timeline
Timeline feature is added for you to see a detailed audit report of your ACs usage. Its main features include:
4a. Timeline List Screen
In the timeline list you can review the history of all actions performed through app, remote control, Amazon Alexa, the Google Assistant or preset schedules.
4b. Timeline Description Screen
Timeline details are available for in-depth audit of your ACs usage. Just click on the specific timeline record to view its details.
Zone Tabs
Selecting a zone will give you the following two option tabs
- Control
- Schedule
1. Control
On this screen, you can:
- Power on/off your All ACs in the zone
- Change temperature via temperature control
- Change mode via mode buttons
Click on 'APPLY' button to apply changes.
Note: Different ACs support different modes and different temperature ranges, so it’s important that you make sure your desired setting is supported on all ACs otherwise your desired settings will only be applied to compatible ACs.
2. Schedules
All of your zone schedules will appear on this screen.
You can set a new schedule via button.
- On this screen, enter a suitable schedule name. This field is optional.
- Select desired actions that you want to be performed on all of your ACs (which are added inside a zone).
- Next, set time & days on which you want to repeat this schedule. If you want it for today only don't select any other days.
- Click on 'Save Schedule' button.
The schedule home screen will look like this.
Schedule settings will be sent to all ONLINE Cielo devices which are connected to compatible ACs.
Note: Non compatible AC means an AC which is inside the zone and doesn't support those settings namely temperature, mode or fan speed then zone schedule will not be applied to that AC.
This icon shows the schedule is being sent to all devices inside a zone. We have named this process as ‘Zone synchronizing’. User can’t add/remove devices during this process.
This button shows the status of the schedule. Currently the schedule is in active state. After the completion of ‘Zone synchronizing’ process it will turn active
automatically.
You can edit a schedule by clicking on button.
You can delete a schedule by clicking on button.
Zone Schedules will appear in the devices schedules list with view only option.
