Cielo World helps you manage & control your connected central system and heat pumps/ACs from anywhere. Logging into the Cielo World App
- You don’t need to install anything on your computer.
- Simply open your internet browser and type home.cielowigle.com
Sign Up to Cielo World
If you don’t have an existing account on Cielo World or Cielo Home app, then create an account by clicking on 'SIGN UP'.
On the next screen, enter relevant details and click on 'SIGN UP'.
After successful registration, you will be Signed In to Cielo World and redirected to the Main Dashboard.
Sign In to Cielo World
- Simply open your internet browser and type home.cielowigle.com
- Sign In to Cielo World using your Cielo Home app credentials if you're already using it OR if you have signed up with a new account on Cielo World, then you can use those credentials for signing in.
If you wish to 'Sign In' through your Google ID, Facebook ID, or Apple ID, then click on 'Sign in options'.
You can then choose the appropriate 'Sign In' method.
- After successful sign-in you will be redirected to the Main Dashboard.
Main Dashboard
Main Dashboard - Cielo Devices Status Section:
- Online devices are those which have a working internet connection and are connected to Cielo Cloud. They have a green circle around them, as an indicator that they are online.
- Offline devices are those that don’t have a working internet connection and are disconnected from Cielo Cloud. They have a red circle around them, which tells that they're offline.
Note: You can’t perform any actions on Offline devices via Cielo World.
Main Menu – Account
In order to open ‘Account’ screen, please click on Main Menu icon as shown in the screenshot below.
Main Dashboard - Menu Section Options:
Click on ‘Account'.
A pop-up will show up. This section has an 'Update Account Information' tab and a 'Change Password' tab.
Update Account Information
In the 'Update Account Information' tab, you can change the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone (Optional)
Note: Filter alerts are sent through email. If you don't provide your email, this field will be disabled.
Update Password
You can update your password in the Account Settings. Follow the steps below:-
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click on 'Update Password'.
Note: Update Password button will be disabled if you are logged in through Facebook, Google or Apple.
Selecting A Device
Your connected device(s) will appear on the main screen. Tap on the device you want to select.
Once you've entered the Control Screen, the following screen will be displayed.
Smart Devices & Groups Section
In the left section of the screen, you have two tabs; My Smart Devices and My Groups. These tabs will show you the number of smart devices you have added and the number of groups you have created.
Under these are two more tabs.
The first one shows 'All Devices'. When you click on it, you can select these from the dropdown menu:
- All Devices.
- Online Devices.
- Offline Devices.
- AC Power On.
- AC Power Off.
You can also search the device that you're looking for in the 'Search Device' section.
Preset - Editing A Preset
To edit a preset, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Preset'. Choose the preset you want to edit from 'Home', 'Away', and 'Sleep'. Then select the mode you want, adjust the Fan settings, and Heat and Cool set points to your preference. Then click 'Update'.
Change Appliance
Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Change Appliance'. Click on 'Next'.
Point your AC's remote at Cielo's device and press the remote's power button, once. The Cielo device will pick up your manufacturer and remote control model number. Click on 'Update Appliance'.
Note: If the auto remote detection does not happen successfully, go for 'Manual Configuration' and manually put in your manufacturer and remote control model number in the search bar and click on 'Update Appliance'.
Changing Device Name
Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Device Preferences'. Click on 'Device Name' and you will see some names in the dropdown menu. You can either choose from the default names or type in a name of your own preference by clicking on 'Custom'. Once you have selected the name, click 'Save'.
Disabling Device Touch
To disable the touch on the Cielo device, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Device Preferences'. Click on 'Touch', then click on the toggle that is set to enabled by default.
Changing Device Brightness And Screen Timeout
Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Device Preferences'. Click on 'Display'.
You can change the brightness by clicking on the toggle and sliding it to your preference.
To change the Active Screen Timeout of the device, click on the time displayed in grey color and choose your preferred time between 20 seconds and 60 seconds.
Calibration Settings
Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Device Preferences'. Click on 'Calibration'. Select which calibration type you want to edit, i.e. Temperature or Humidity. You can change the Calibration by clicking on the toggle and sliding it to your preference, click 'Save' when done.
Syncing AC State
If your AC's current operational state is different than Cielo World/CieloHome app, you can sync your app with your AC. Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Sync AC State'. Then click on the dropdown bar adjacent to 'AC State' and change the state from 'Power Off' to 'Power On'. Set the 'Mode' and 'Temperature' to your preference and click on 'Sync'.
About Device
Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Then click on 'About Device'. You should be able to see the needed information there.
Remove Device
To remove a device from Cielo World/Cielo Home App, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Then click on 'Remove Device'. Click on 'Delete'.
Move A Device To Group
Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear. Then click on 'Move to Group'. If you have already created a group before, you can add to it.
Create A New Group
To create a new group, go to the main screen, then click on My Groups, and then 'Create Group +' button on the top right corner.
Then follow the steps by naming the group, selecting a suitable icon for the group, and selecting the device(s) you want to add to add in the group. Then click 'Save'.
Editing A Group
On the main page, click on 'My Groups' and select the group you want to Edit.
Click on the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner and a pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Edit Group'. Change the name and icon to your preference and click 'Update'.
Adding Devices To Group
On the main page, click on 'My Groups'. Select the group in which you want to add the device.
Click on the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner, and a pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Add Device'. Select the device you want to add to the group by clicking on the small check-box adjacent to the device, then click 'Add'.
Remove Devices From the Group
On the main page, click on 'My Groups' and select the group you want to remove the device from.
Click on the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner and a pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Remove Device'. Select the device you want to remove from the group by clicking on the small check-box adjacent to the device, then click 'Remove'.
Deleting A Group
On the main page, click on 'My Groups' and select the group you want to delete.
Click on the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner, and a pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Delete Group'. Click 'Delete'.
Control Screen
On this screen, you can change AC settings (power on/off, temperature, mode, fan speed, fan position, etc.)
Changing the Mode of Cielo Smart Device
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to change the Mode of.
Click on the first icon on the control screen. Select your preferred mode from 'Cool', 'Dry', 'Fan', 'Auto', and 'Heat' by clicking on it.
Adjusting Fan Speed On Cielo Smart Device
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to adjust the fan speed of.
Click on the second icon on the control screen. Select your preferred fan speed from 'Auto', 'Low', 'Medium', and 'High' by clicking on it.
Changing Fan Position
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to change the Fan Position of.
Click on the third icon on the control screen, and select the desired fan position.
Setting A Preset
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to set the Preset for.
Click on the fourth icon on the control screen. Select your preferred Preset by clicking on it.
Note: Presets are only available in Cielo Smart Thermostat and Cielo Breez Max.
Adding A Schedule
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to add a schedule to. Then click on 'Schedule'.
A pop-up will appear on the screen. Click on ' Add Schedule'.
You can select from the different schedule types. To add a custom schedule, click on 'Custom'.
Adjust schedule settings according to your preferences and click 'Save'.
Deleting A Schedule
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to delete the schedule of. Then click on 'Schedule'.
A pop-up will appear on the screen. Click on the three dots on the schedule you want to delete. Click on 'Delete'.
Adding A Comfy Template
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to add Comfy to. Then click on 'eSaver'.
In the pop-up menu, click on 'Comfy'. Then click on 'Add Template'.
Set the type of Comfy by clicking on 'Select Comfy Type' and selecting your desired Comfy type.
Set the comfy template by clicking on 'Select Template' and selecting the time of the day.
Make the changes in the rest of the steps to your preferences and click 'Save'.
Editing A Comfy Template
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to edit Comfy of. Then click on 'eSaver'.
In the pop-up menu, click on 'Comfy'. Then click on the template you want to edit.
Make the changes in all the steps to your preferences and click 'Update'.
Adding Comfy Max Template (Only Available in Breez Max)
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select Cielo Breez Max. Then click on 'eSaver'.
In the pop-up menu, click on 'Comfy Max'. Then click on 'Add Template'.
Choose your preferred Comfy Max Template, temperature range, and whether you want the fan to run when cooling has been shut down. Then click 'Save'.
Enabling Range Control
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to add range control to. Then click on 'eSaver'.
In the pop-up menu, click on 'Range Control'. Click on the toggle on the right side labeled 'Enable'. Set your preferred temperature range by clicking or sliding the toggle on the temperature scale. Then click 'Save'.
Checking Air Filter Status
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to check the air filter status of. Then click on 'eSaver'.
In the pop-up menu, click on 'Air Filter'. You will be shown the status of the air filter of the AC.
Checking Usage History
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to check the usage history of. Then click on 'History'.
You will see a pop-up screen where you can see the daily usage history.
Checking Timeline
On the main page, click on 'My Smart Devices' and select the device you want to see the timeline of. Then click on 'Timeline'.
You can see the list of actions performed with their timeline.
Create A Link In Cielo Linked (Only Available for Cielo Smart Thermostat, Breez Max & Breez Plus)
Click on the side menu on the top left of the main screen. You will see a section of Cielo Linked. Click on 'Explore'.
A pop-up screen will appear. Click on the plus button '+'.
Click 'Select a trigger'.
Select the triggering device and click 'Next'.
Select the trigger type from the dropdown menu and click 'Save'.
Select the action device and click 'Next'.
Select what action to perform and click 'Save'.
Once the trigger and action are set, click on 'Create Link'.
