Cielo Home Web app helps you manage and control your mini-splits and central HVAC systems from anywhere in the world, giving you complete comfort at your fingertips. You can easily adjust temperature settings, switch modes, and monitor your indoor climate in real time through a single platform.
With smart scheduling, energy usage insights, and geofencing, Cielo Home ensures your space is always comfortable when you need it while also helping you save on energy costs.
Getting Started
You don’t need to install anything on your computer. Simply open your internet browser and type home.cielowigle.com
Sign Up
If you don’t have an existing Cielo Home account, then create an account by clicking on 'Sign Up'. If you wish to 'Sign In' with your Google ID or Apple ID, click 'Sign in options'.
Enter relevant details and click on 'Sign Up'.
Adding a Device
Step 1: Click the '+' icon on the homescreen.
Step 2: Select the product you want to install. In this case, click 'Breez Max'.
Step 3: Click 'Continue'.
Step 4: Make sure you are using a supported browser, then click 'Continue'.
Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth to start pairing.
Step 6: Click 'Pair' to pair your device.
Step 7: Your device is connected. Click 'Continue'.
Step 7: Name your device and click 'Next'.
Step 8: Next, scan the Wi-Fi network and connect to your home network.
Your device has been registered successfully.
Main Dashboard
After registering, you can see your devices under 'My Smart Devices' tab.
Under Smart Devices, you get various subtabs. When you click on it, you can select these from the dropdown menu:
- All Devices.
- Online Devices.
- Offline Devices.
- AC Power On.
- AC Power Off.
Cielo Devices Status
- Online devices are those with an active internet connection. They have a green circle around them, indicating that they are online.
- Offline devices are those that don’t have a working internet connection. They have a red circle around them, which tells that they're offline.
Control Screen
Note: The options on the control screen will vary depending on the Cielo smart thermostat.
Changing the Mode
Step 1: On the main dashboard, select the device you want to change the mode of.
Step 2: Click on the mode icon on the control screen.
Step 3: Select your preferred mode from 'Cool', 'Dry', 'Fan', 'Auto', and 'Heat' by clicking on it.
Adjusting Fan Speed
Step 1: Click on the fan icon on the control screen.
Step 2: Select your preferred fan speed from 'Auto', 'Low', 'Medium', and 'High' by clicking on it.
Changing Swing Position
Step 1: Click on the swing position icon on the control screen.
Step 2: Select your desired swing position.
Setting A Preset
Step 1: Click on the Preset icon on the control screen.
Note: Presets are only available in Cielo Smart Thermostat, Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco, Breez Edge Pro, and Breez Max.
Step 2: Select your preferred Preset by clicking on it.
Adding A Schedule
Step 1: Click 'Schedule' in the navigation bar below.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear on the screen. Click on '+ Add Schedule'.
You can select from the different schedule types.
Important
The schedule options will vary depending on the Cielo smart thermostat you have installed.
Comfy Temperature schedule, Comfy Humidity schedule, and Comfy Max schedule are only available in Cielo Breez Edge and Cielo Breez Max.
The Preset schedule is available in Cielo Smart Thermostat, Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco, Cielo Breez Edge, and Cielo Breez Max.
Custom Schedule
To add a custom schedule, click on 'Custom schedule'.
Adjust the schedule settings according to your preferences, then click 'Save'.
Deleting A Schedule
In the 'Schedules' tab, select the schedule you want to delete.
Click on the three dots at the bottom. Click on 'Delete'.
Setting Up Comfy Max (Available on Cielo Breez Edge & Cielo Breez Max)
Comfy Max transforms your Cielo Breez Edge or Cielo Breez Max into a true smart thermostat for your mini-split. It goes beyond basic control by enabling your mini-split to operate in a highly configurable, intelligent mode. Comfy Max helps you achieve your desired home climate while preventing overheating or overcooling.
Step 1: Go to 'eSaver' in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on 'Comfy Max'.
Step 3: Click '+ Add Template'.
Step 4: Choose your preferred temperature and select whether you want the fan to run after your desired cooling temperature is reached. Add a name for this template and click 'Save'.
Step 5: Your Comfy Max settings are now saved. You can turn Comfy Max 'On' from the toggle next to the name of the Comfy Max template.
Step 6: You can also turn on Comfy Max from the control screen.
Setting Up Comfy Temperature Mode (Available for Cielo Smart Thermostats for Mini-Splits)
Step 1: In the 'eSaver' options, click on 'Comfy. Then click on '+ Add Template' under the temperature tab.
Step 2: Choose your preferred temperature range. Then select the actions to perform if the temperature falls below or rises above the set range, e.g., turning the AC off or on, changing its mode, setpoint, and fan speed to help it return to the preferred temperature range. Add a name for this template and tap on ‘Save’.
Step 3: Your Comfy settings are now saved. You can turn the Comfy on/off using the toggle next to the template name.
Step 4: You can also turn Comfy Mode On/Off from the app control screen.
Setting up Comfy Humidity Mode
Step 1: In the 'eSaver' options, click on 'Comfy. Then click on '+ Add Template' under the humidity tab.
Step 2: Choose your preferred humidity range. Then, select what actions to perform if the humidity falls below or goes above the set range, e.g., turning the AC off or on, changing its mode, setpoint, and fan speed, helping it get back into the preferred humidity range. Add a name for this template and click on ‘Save'.
Step 3: Comfy Humidity is now set. You can turn Comfy Mode 'On' or 'Off' from the toggle next to the name of the Comfy Mode.
Step 4: You can also turn Comfy Mode On/Off from the app control screen.
Temperature Range Lock (Available on Cielo Breez Edge and Cielo Breez Max)
The Temperature Range Lock feature lets you define a minimum and maximum temperature limit for your mini-split, window, or portable AC unit. This ensures guests can only adjust the temperature within your approved range.
Step 1: In the 'eSaver' options, click on 'Temperature Range Lock'. Toggle the slider to enable range lock.
Step 2: Choose your preferred temperature range. Tap 'Save'.
Checking Air Filter Status
Step 1: In the 'eSaver' options, click 'Air Filter' to check your filter status.
- 0-50%: Filter is clean ✅
- 51-80%: Needs attention soon ⚠️
- 81-100%: Due for cleaning ❗
Note: You can set the number of usage hours after which you'd like to be notified for the next filter cleaning. You will receive timely notifications to help you stay on top of air conditioner maintenance.
Checking Usage History
The Usage History provides a clear view of how long your HVAC system has been running.
Step 1: Click 'History' in the navigation bar below.
Step 2: You will see a pop-up screen showing the daily usage history.
Checking Timeline
The Timeline of Actions feature provides a detailed view of actions performed on your unit.
Step 1: Click 'Timeline' in the navigation bar.
Step 2: You'll see a complete list of actions performed over the last 90 days.
Device Settings
In the device settings, you can adjust the following:
Presets
Step 1: To edit a preset, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: A pop-up screen will appear. Click on 'Preset'.
Step 3: Choose the preset you want to edit from 'Home', 'Away', and 'Sleep'. Then click 'Update'.
Change Appliance
Auto Remote Detection
Step 1: In the Settings, click on 'Change Appliance'. Get hold of your AC remote and click 'Next'.
Step 2: You will be asked, 'Changing the appliance will delete all your Schedules, Statistics, and Timeline. Are you sure?' Tap 'Yes'.
Step 3: Point your AC remote at the device and press the power button once. Your appliance will be changed.
Manual Configuration
Step 1: In the 'Change Appliance' option, click 'Manual Configuration' at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Select Manufacturer and Model Number. Click 'Update Appliance' once done.
Device Preferences
In the device preferences option, you can change your device name, adjust display brightness, calibrate the device sensor, enable/disable touch, and add your address.
Note: The options displayed here will vary depending on your Cielo smart thermostat.
Changing Device Name
You can either choose from the default names or type in a name of your own preference by clicking on 'Custom'. Once you have selected the name, click 'Save'.
Enabling/ Disabling Device Touch
Click 'Touch' and toggle to enable or disable the on-device touch controls.
Changing Device Brightness And Screen Timeout
Adjust the active screen brightness using the slider to suit your preference. You can also set the active screen timeout anywhere between 20 and 60 seconds.
For the standby screen, you have the option to turn the backlight on or off and adjust its brightness as needed.
Calibration Settings
You can easily calibrate indoor temperature and humidity in the Cielo Home Web app.
Temperature Calibration
Step 1: To calibrate temperature, click on the 'Temperature' tab.
Step 2: Calibrate the temperature by tapping the minus '-' or plus '+' icons as needed. Tap 'Apply' once done.
Humidity Calibration
Step 1: To calibrate humidity, click on the 'Humidity' tab.
Step 2: Calibrate the humidity by tapping the minus (-) or plus (+) icons as needed. Tap 'Apply' once done.
Adding Your Address
Add your address to sync weather data. This will allow you to use exciting features like integrated controls (set-up automation based on outdoor temperature).
Note: This option is available for Cielo Smart Thermostat, Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco, Cielo Breez Edge & Breez Max.
Device Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi settings can be changed in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Step 1: Make sure you are using the correct browser. Click 'Continue'.
Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth to start pairing. Click 'Pair' to pair your device.
Step 3: Click 'Continue'.
Step 5: Click 'Scan Wi-Fi network'. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear. Select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password to connect.
Wi-Fi network will be changed successfully.
Sync AC State
If your AC's current operational state differs from the Cielo Home app, you can sync your AC with the app.
Set your parameters and click 'Sync'.
About Device
In the About section, you can see your device information.
Remove Device
Click 'Remove' to unlink your device from the Cielo Home account.
Move to Group
A group lets you control all your registered devices with one click. .
Create New Group
In the 'Move to Group' section, select 'Create New Group'.
Select the group icon and give it a name.
Click 'Save' once done.
Editing A Group
Step 1: On the main dashboard, click on 'My Groups' and select the group you want to edit.
Step 2: In the group settings, click on 'Edit Group'. Change the name and icon to your preference and click 'Update'.
Adding Devices To Group
Click on 'Add Device'. Select the device you want to add to the group and then click 'Add'.
Remove Devices From the Group
Select the device you want to remove from the group by clicking the small checkbox next to the device, then click 'Remove'.
Deleting A Group
Click 'Delete' to delete the group.
Note: You must remove all devices from the group before you can delete it.
Multi-Zone Mini-Split Control
(Available for Cielo Breez Edge & Breez Max)
Cielo Breez Edge and Breez Max offer a dedicated feature that helps prevent mode conflicts and ensures smooth operation in multi-zone setups.
Step 1: Go to 'Menu' on the homescreen. Click 'Multi-Zone Mini-Split Control'.
Cielo Linked
(Available for Cielo Smart Thermostat, Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco, Cielo Breez Edge & Breez Max)
Click on the side menu on the top left of the homescreen. You will see a section of Cielo Linked. Click on that.
A pop-up screen will appear. Click on the plus button '+'.
Click 'Select a trigger'.
Select the triggering device and click 'Next'.
Select the trigger type from the dropdown menu and click 'Save'.
Select the action device and click 'Next'.
Select what action to perform and click 'Save'.
Once the trigger and action are set, click on 'Create Link'.
