There are two cases that may require you to change the Wi-Fi network of your Cielo Breez.
Case 1
Breez is perfectly connected to a Wi-Fi router and you want to configure it with another one, there are two ways to do that:
Solution 1:
- Make sure your smartphone and Breez are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- On the home screen, tap on 'Settings' icon of the device for which you want to change the Wi-Fi network.
- In Device settings tap on 'Device Wi-Fi' then on 'Change Wi-Fi'. A List of available Wi-Fi networks around the device will appear.
- Choose your desired Wi-Fi network, enter its password to complete the Wi-Fi configuration process.
Solution 2: Turn OFF the Wi-Fi router to which your Cielo Breez is already configured. The device will start broadcasting and will be shown as offline in Cielo Home app. To change the Wi-Fi network, follow the below mentioned steps:
- Go to your smartphone Wi-Fi settings to connect to the Wi-Fi that starts with "Cielo....".
- Come back to Cielo Home App. On the Home screen, tap on the device you want to change Wi-Fi of.
- Tapo on the 'Settings' icon. In Device settings tap on 'Device Wi-Fi' then on 'Change Wi-Fi'. A List of available Wi-Fi networks around the device will appear.
- Choose your desired Wi-Fi network, enter its password to complete the Wi-Fi configuration process.
Case 2
If the Wi-Fi network to which Breez was previously configured is unavailable or its password has been changed, Breez will automatically disconnect from the Wi-Fi network and will go in Wi-Fi broadcast mode. Follow Wi-Fi configuration instructions mentioned above in Solution 2, to change the Wi-Fi network on Breez.
