If you’ve recently changed your Wi-Fi password, upgraded your router, or switched to a new internet provider, you’ll need to reconnect your Breez Eco to the updated Wi-Fi network. This ensures your device stays online and continues to be controlled through the Cielo Home App or smart assistants.
📢 Important
- Cielo Breez Eco only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It will not connect to 5 GHz networks.
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you are connecting your Cielo Breez Eco with.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable to avoid disconnection issues later.
How to Change Wi-Fi Network On Cielo Breez Eco
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Device Wi-Fi’.
Step 4: Allow the required permissions. Tap ‘Continue’.
Step 5: It will start searching for your device. Once the device is connected, tap, ‘Next.’
Step 6: Tap on ‘Scan Wi-Fi’.
Step 7: Select your intended Wi-Fi network. Enter the password. Tap on 'Connect'.
Step 8: The device Wi-Fi is now changed.
