- Freeze Protection mode only works in Heat mode, so ensure your device is operating in this mode before activating FP.
Activate Freeze Protection Mode Using Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap the 'Up' arrow to open the bottom drawer panel.
Step 3: In the bottom drawer panel, tap on ‘FP’ to activate Freeze Protection mode.
Step 4: If you want to turn off Freeze Protection mode, simply tap on ‘FP’ again to deactivate it.
