How can I check my AC filter status using Cielo Breez Eco?

A clogged or dirty air filter can reduce the efficiency of your AC unit, increase power consumption, and negatively impact indoor air quality. With Cielo Breez Eco, you can easily track the usage of your AC filter and get notified when it’s time to clean it.

The Cielo Home app uses a percentage scale to indicate the filter’s condition:

• 0–50%: Filter is clean
   
• 51–80%:  Filter is partly used and will soon need cleaning
   
• 81–100%: Filter is due for cleaning.

The percentage increases with use and resets once you mark the filter as cleaned.

Steps to Check Filter Status

You can check the live air filter status of your unit. Simply follow the steps listed below:

Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings. 

Step 2: Tap on ‘eSaver’ in the navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Air Filter’.

Step 4: You will see your current air filter status since registration (or since the last cleaning). When the range is about to fill up, manually remove the air filter and clean it. Once done, place the filter back into the mini-split. Tap on ‘Mark as Cleaned’. Additionally, you can set the number of hours after which you want to be notified for the next cleaning.

Step 5: Your filter status has now begun a new cycle.
