If your Cielo Breez Eco is not responding correctly to your air conditioner, you may need to change the configured AC remote.

Why You May Need to Change the Configured AC?

If your AC does not respond to commands (power, mode, temperature, or fan speed).
If the wrong AC remote was configured during setup.
If you’ve replaced your unit with a new one.

Quick Tip: The remote control model number is usually found on the back side of the remote control.

Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.

Step 2: Tap the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.

Step 3: Tap on 'Change Appliance'.

Step 4: Tap on 'Manual Configuration'.

Step 5: Select the 'Manufacturer' & 'Remote Model' of your AC from the drop-down list and tap 'Confirm'.
