Cielo Breez Eco enters Wi-Fi broadcast mode when it is unable to maintain a connection to your configured Wi-Fi network. Even after successful registration, this can still happen in the following scenarios:
Weak Wi-Fi Signal
If the device is placed too far from your router or in an area with poor signal reception, it may repeatedly drop the connection and revert to broadcast mode.
Network or Password Change
If the Wi-Fi network Breez Eco was registered with is no longer available or if the Wi-Fi password has been changed, the device will disconnect and enter broadcast mode.
How to Solve This?
Place Breez Eco closer to your Wi-Fi router while still keeping it in line of sight with your AC. Avoid placing it behind walls, metal surfaces, or large pieces of furniture that may block the signal. To reconnect your device, follow these steps.
Step 1: On the home screen, tap on the “⚙️" of the device you want to change the Wi-Fi network for.
Step 2: In Device settings, tap on “Device Wi-Fi”.
Step 3: Allow required permissions.
Tip: If you’re unable to locate your Breez Eco in the app, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to reset it. The device will start blinking, and you can then re-register it in the app.
Step 4: On the Cielo Home app, you’ll see your Breez Eco device name appear on the screen. Tap ‘Next’ to continue.
Step 5: Tap 'Scan Wi-Fi Networks'. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear.
Step 6: Select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password to connect.
Wi-Fi network will be changed successfully. You’ll see a confirmation message in the app.
Note
- Ensure your Breez Eco is within a strong Wi-Fi range.
- Keep your router credentials consistent if possible.
