Your Breez Eco communicates with your air conditioner using infrared (IR) signals. In most cases, the app stays in sync with your AC’s actual status. However, a mismatch can occur if you have used the AC remote without pointing it at Breez Eco while changing any setting.
For example:
- The AC is ON, but the app shows it as OFF or vice versa.
- The app displays a different setpoint temperature. For instance, the app may show 72°F, while your unit is actually set to 75°F.
💡 Tip: To prevent state mismatches in the future, always point your AC remote at the Breez Eco (not directly at the AC unit) when making changes. This ensures the app remains in sync with your system’s current state.
To solve this issue, you can manually sync the AC state with your Cielo Breez Eco to ensure both match.
Steps to Synchronize Your Unit with Breez Eco
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap the ‘Settings'⚙️ in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Sync AC State’.
Step 4: From the menu, select the AC settings you want to update. These may include:
- Power state (On/Off)
- Mode (Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry, Auto)
- Temperature set point
Step 5: Tap ‘Done’. The app will now update to display the selected AC parameters correctly.
