If you ever need to factory reset your Cielo Breez Max (for troubleshooting or reconfiguration), you can do it directly on the device or through the Cielo Home app.
⚠️ Note: A factory reset removes the device from your Cielo Home account and erases all schedules and configured features. This cannot be undone.
Factory Reset Using the Device
Press and hold the Preset and Temperature Up buttons together for about 6 seconds to perform a factory reset.
Factory Reset Using the Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.
Step 3: Tap on 'Remove Device’.
Step 4: Tap on ‘Remove’. The device will be removed from your Cielo Home account, and all your schedules and other configured features will be erased.
