If you’ve changed the password of your current Wi-Fi, upgraded your router, or switched to a new internet provider, you’ll need to reconnect your Breez Max to the new Wi-Fi network.
📢 Important
- Breez Max only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It will not connect to 5 GHz networks.
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you are connecting your Breez Max with.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable to avoid disconnection issues later.
Changing the Wi-Fi Network of Your Breez Max
Here’s a detailed guide on how to change the Wi-Fi network of your Breez Max.
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on 'Setting' icon at the top right.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Device Wi-Fi’.
Step 4: Allow required permissions.
Then, go to your Breez Max and press and hold the Power button and the Temperature Up button simultaneously for 6 seconds. The Bluetooth icon on the display will start blinking, and the app will automatically move to the next screen.
Note: This step is essential when changing Wi-Fi to put Bluetooth in broadcast mode.
Step 5: On the Cielo Home app, you’ll see your Breez Max device name appear on the screen. Tap ‘Next’ to continue.
Step 6: Tap 'Scan Wi-Fi Networks'. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear. Select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password to connect.
Wi-Fi network will be changed successfully. You’ll see a confirmation message in the app.
