Check Device Positioning
- Ensure Breez Max is within the line of sight of your air conditioner so that IR signals are transmitted without obstruction.
- The front of Breez Max must be facing the air conditioner for accurate signal transmission.
Verify Remote Configuration
If the issue continues, it may be due to incorrect remote configuration. To ensure compatibility, use the manual remote configuration feature in the Cielo Home App.
