To troubleshoot this issue:
- Make sure Breez Max is within the line of sight of the air conditioner.
- The front of Breez Max should be facing the air conditioner for proper signal transmission.
If the problem persists, it might be due to incorrect remote configuration. To ensure compatibility, try manual remote configuration in the Cielo Home App.
For manual selection, follow these steps:
A: Go to settings by tapping the ‘Settings’ icon on the control screen.
B: Select ‘Change Appliance’.
C: Select ‘Manual Configuration’.
D: Select the ‘Manufacturer’ & ‘Remote Model’ from the drop-down list and tap ‘Done’.
