Sometimes, you may notice that the Cielo Home App shows a different AC state than your actual unit. For example, your AC might be running, but the app displays it as OFF or vice versa. The setpoint temperature shown in the app can also differ from what’s set on your AC unit. For instance, the app may show 72°F, while your unit is actually set to 75°F.
To solve this issue, you can manually sync the AC state with your Cielo Breez Max to ensure both match.
💡 Tip: To prevent state mismatches in the future, always point your AC remote at the Breez Max (not directly at the AC unit) when making changes. This ensures the app remains in sync with your system’s current state.
How to Sync AC State in the Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Sync AC State’.
Step 4: From the drop-down menus, select the AC parameters that you want on your Breez Max device. Then tap on 'Sync'. The Breez Max device will now display these selected parameter values.
