Freeze Protection Mode
Freeze Protection mode allows your mini-split to run at minimal heating just enough to prevent indoor temperatures from dropping to freezing levels. It’s a low-power mode that helps protect your home from cold-weather damage without using excess energy.
Note: You can use only Freeze Protection Mode using Breez Max if your mini-split supports this feature.
How to Enable Freeze Protection Mode Using the Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap the 'Up' arrow to open the bottom drawer panel.
Step 3: In the bottom drawer panel, tap on ‘FP’ to activate Freeze Protection mode.
Step 4: If you want to turn off Freeze Protection mode, simply tap on ‘FP’ again to deactivate it.
You can easily toggle FP mode on and off with a simple tap whenever needed, based on changing weather conditions or your preferences.
