If you don't have your remote, you can still set up your Breeze Max by manually selecting the remote in the Cielo Home app, provided you know the remote model.
Manual Remote Configuration
Open the Cielo Home app, tap ‘Add Device’ on the home screen, and select Breez Max from the list of devices.
Step 1: Tap on 'Continue'.
Step 2: Allow required permissions.
- Make sure your location is turned on.
- Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Tap ‘Continue’.
Step 3: Tap ‘Connect’ to proceed.
Note: In case Breez Max does not appear, touch and hold the Power and Temperature Up buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. The Bluetooth icon on the screen should start blinking, and the app will automatically move to the next screen.
Step 4: Name your device and tap 'continue.'
Step 5: Tap on 'Scan Wi-Fi networks.' Choose Your Wi-Fi network.
Step 6: After Wi-Fi configuration, your device will appear on the home screen. Tap on 'Configure' to start the remote configuration process.
Step 7: Tap on 'Manual Configuration'.
Step 8: Select your Manufacturer and Remote Model. Tap on 'Confirm'.
Step 9: The configuration screen will display your Manufacturer and Remote control. Tap ‘Send a test On/Off Command’. The mini-split will switch on/off. Tap on 'Done'.
