You may need to reset the Wi-Fi on your Breez Eco if:
- You’ve changed your home Wi-Fi network or password.
- The device is unable to reconnect after the router is updated.
- You’re moving Breez Eco to a new location with a different network
How to Manually Reset Wi-Fi on Breez Eco
- Locate the power button on your Breez Eco.
- Place your finger on the power button and hold it for 6 seconds.
- Release the button once the device enters broadcast mode (Status light will start blinking).
- Open the Cielo Home app to reconnect Breez Eco to your Wi-Fi network.
Important Consideration
Place Breez Eco within a good signal range of your router. Weak connections may cause repeated disconnections.
