How to Configure Routines in the Alexa App for Cielo Breez Lite?

You can connect your Cielo Breez Lite with Alexa routines to make climate control part of your everyday automations. This allows you to trigger multiple actions with a single command or condition, giving you hands-free convenience and seamless smart home integration. You can set Routines based on voice, schedule, location, etc.

Before creating routines, ensure your Breez Lite is already connected to the Alexa app.

Creating Routines for Cielo Breez Lite in the Alexa App

Voice-based Routine

Step 1: Open the Alexa app. Tap on ‘More’ in the navigation bar. Tap on ‘Routines’.

Step 2: Tap on the ‘+’ icon at the top right.

Step 3: Tap on ‘+’ in front of ‘Add an event’. Tap ‘Voice’.

Step 4: Enter the phrase of your choice and tap ‘Next’.

Step 5: Tap ‘+' in front of 'Add action’. Select ‘Smart Home’.

Step 6: Select the available device. In this case, ‘Bedroom’. Set the power state. Set your preferred temperature settings, then tap ‘Next’.

Step 7: Tap ‘Save’. Your Routine has been created.

Schedule-based Routine

Step 1: Open the Alexa app. Tap on ‘More’ in the navigation bar. Tap on ‘Routines’.

Step 2: Tap on ‘+’ icon at the top right

Step 3: Tap on ‘+’ in front of ‘Add an event’. Tap ‘Schedule’.

Step 4: You can set a schedule based on sunrise and sunset timings, or you can opt for a different time. In this case, tap ‘At time’. Then select the preferred time day/days and tap ‘Next’.

Step 5: Tap ‘+’ in front of ‘Add action’. Tap ‘Smart Home’.

Step 6: Select your device. In this case ‘Bedroom’. Select the power state. Set your preferred temperature settings, then tap ‘Next’.

Step 7: Tap ‘Save’. Your schedule-based routine will be created.

Location-based Routine

Step 1: Open the Alexa app. Tap on ‘More’ in the navigation bar. Tap on ‘Routines’.

Step 2: Tap on ‘+’ icon at the top right.

Step 3: Tap on ‘+’ in front of ‘Add an event’. Tap ‘Location’.

Step 4: Select the condition between Arrives/Leaves.

Step 5: Select your location. You can add your current location or set your home or work location. Tap ‘Next’.

Step 6: Tap 'Anytime' and choose the days, times, and frequencies for your location triggers to be active, then tap ‘Next.’

Step 7: Tap ‘+’ in front of ‘Add action’.

Step 8: Tap ‘Smart Home’.

Step 9: Select your device, in this case, ‘Bedroom.’ Select the power state. Set your preferred temperature settings, then tap ‘Next.’

Step 10: Tap ‘Save’. Your location-based routine will be created.
