How can I change time format on my Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco?

You can easily switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats on your Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco through the Cielo Home app. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and shows as online in the Cielo Home app.
• Changes made through the app will automatically reflect on the thermostat display immediately.

Changing Time Format Using the Cielo Home app

Step 1:  Tap the 'Settings' icon on the control screen.

Step 2: Select 'Date & Time' from the menu. 

Step 3: Use the toggle to change the time format between 12-hour and 24-hour formats. Tap on ‘Save’.
