If your Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco doesn’t power on after completing the installation, try these steps:
Check the HVAC Panel
Ensure the HVAC panel is fully closed. Some systems will not operate if the panel cover is not securely in place.
Verify Backplate Wire Connections
Double-check that all wires are firmly inserted into the correct terminals on the backplate.
Check R-Wire Placement
If you have one R-Wire: Insert it into the RC terminal.
(R or RC or RH → RC)
If you have more than one R-Wire:
Insert RH into the RH terminal.
Insert RC or R into the RC terminal.
Confirm C-Wire Adapter Installation (if used)
Make sure the wires are connected correctly:
R or RC → RC
G → C
Y/Y1 → CWA
