The Cielo Smart Thermostat allows users to set the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour formats. You can update the setting directly on the device or through the Cielo Home App.
Changing Time Format On The Device
To change the time format, follow the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Go to 'Menu' and select 'Date and Time'.
Step 2: Toggle the button to choose a 12 or 24-hour time format.
Changing Time Format Using the Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Control Screen, tap on the ‘Settings’ icon at the top right corner.
Step 2: Tap on 'Date & Time.'
Step 3: Use the toggle to turn on or off the 24-hour time. Tap on ‘Save.'
Once updated, Cielo Smart Thermostat will immediately display the time in your desired format.
