If your Cielo Smart Thermostat's screen is blank, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Check the Circuit Breaker
A tripped circuit breaker often causes a blank screen.
- Go to your home’s electrical panel and check if the breaker connected to your HVAC system has tripped.
- If it has, switch it back to the ON position.
Reset the Thermostat
If the breaker is fine but the screen is still blank, try resetting your thermostat.
- Gently remove the thermostat from the wall plate.
- Wait 1–2 minutes.
- Reattach it to the wall to restart the system.
