I am unable to connect my thermostat to my Wi-Fi router. What could be the issue and how to solve it?

If you are having issues connecting your thermostat to your Wi-Fi, make sure your password does not contain the following four characters:

}
!
"

Note: This limitation applies only when using the device.

You won't face this issue when using the Cielo Home app to connect your thermostat to the Wi-Fi.
