If your Cielo Smart Thermostat is not connecting to your Wi-Fi router, the issue may be related to your Wi-Fi password. The thermostat does not support certain special characters when you try to connect directly from the device.
🚨 Important
- Cielo Smart Thermostat only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It will not connect to 5 GHz networks.
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you are connecting your thermostat to.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable to avoid disconnection issues later.
