If you’ve changed the password of your current Wi-Fi connection, upgraded your router, or switched to a new internet provider, you’ll need to reconnect your Breez Edge to the new Wi-Fi network.
Important
- Breez Edge only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It will not connect to 5 GHz networks.
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you are connecting your Breez Edge with.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable to avoid disconnection issues later.
Changing the Wi-Fi Network On Breez Edge
Step 1: Go to 'Menu' and select 'Wi-Fi'.
Step 2: Select 'Change Wi-Fi'.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Change Wi-Fi here’. It will start scanning, and a list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear.
Step 4: Select your desired Wi-Fi network.
Step 5: Enter the password and tap 'Connect'.
Changing Wi-Fi Using the Cielo Home App
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap 'More' to access additional settings.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Device Wi-Fi’.
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and tap on ‘Continue’.
Step 5: Make sure your phone's Bluetooth and location is turned on. Tap 'Continue.'
Step 6: You will be shown your connected device. Tap "Next".
Step 7: Tap 'Scan Wi-Fi Networks'. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear. Select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password to connect.
Step 8: Your device Wi-Fi will be successfully changed. Tap on ‘Done’.
