How can I reset my Cielo Breez Edge?

Cielo Breez Edge allows you to reset your settings and schedules or perform a full factory reset.

Resetting Your Breez Edge Using the Device

Resetting Preferences and Schedules

Resetting Preferences and Schedules will delete all the current settings and preferences.

Step 1: Go to 'Menu' and select 'Device Preferences'.

Step 2: Select ‘ Reset’. 

Step 3: Select ‘Reset Preferences and Schedules’. 

Step 4: Tap "Yes'. 

Factory Reset

By selecting Factory Reset, your thermostat will be completely erased, restoring it to its factory settings. 

Step 1: Go to 'Menu' and select 'Device Preferences'.

Step 2: Select ‘ Reset’. 

Step 3: Select ‘Factory Reset’. 

Step 4: Tap "Yes'.

Resetting Using Cielo Home App

Step 1: On the Home screen, tap on the Breez Edge you want to reset or remove. 

Step 2: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Device Preferences’.

Step 4: Tap on Reset Device. 

Step 5: If you want to reset all user preferences to default settings, tap on 'Reset’. Tap on 'Continue.'

Step 6: If you want to reset the device to factory settings, tap on ‘Remove Device’ then 'Remove.'
