Freeze Protection Mode 

Freeze Protection mode allows your mini-split to run at minimal heating just enough to prevent indoor temperatures from dropping to freezing levels. It’s a low-power mode that helps protect your home from cold-weather damage without using excess energy.

How to Enable Freeze Protection Mode Using the Cielo Home App

Here's how you can use the Freeze Protection mode using the Cielo Home app:

Step 1: Tap on the 'Up' arrow icon at the bottom of the control screen.

Step 2: In the pop-up navigation bar, tap on 'FP' to toggle it on. The greyed-out icon shows that it is currently off.

Step 3: It will turn white once it’s on.
