When registering in the Cielo PRO App, you’ll be asked whether you want to join an existing company or set up a new company.
Select ‘Join a Company’ if you’re an employee who needs access to the account managed by your business.
Step 1: Open the Cielo PRO app, tap ‘Sign up’ to create your account.
Step 2: Enter your email address and create a secure password.
Step 3: A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code in the app for verification.
Your Pro account has been created. Log in using your credentials.
Step 4: You will be asked to choose how you want to register - Tap ‘Register as a Company’.
Step 5: Enter your personal details. Tap ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Step 6: You’ll be taken to the Join or Set Up Company screen. Use the search bar to find your company.
Step 7: The company details will be displayed. Tap ‘Join Company’.
The company admin will be notified of your request. You will receive an email once it has been processed.
