On the Thermostat
Your branding appears on the ‘Idle Screen’ and ‘Know Your Pro’ screen, keeping your details visible at a glance.
Step 1: Tap 'Menu'.
Step 2: Tap 'Know Your PRO'. The company name and Pro details will be displayed.
On the Cielo Home app
Your branding and contact information are shown on the ‘Know Your PRO’ screen within the app settings, ensuring homeowners can easily access your details whenever needed.
Step 1: On the control screen, tap the 'Settings' icon
Step 2: Tap 'Know Your PRO'. The company and Pro details will be displayed.
Note: In the Cielo Smart Thermostat, Pro branding appears on both the thermostat and the app. In the Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco, Pro branding appears only in the Cielo Home app.
How to Hide Logo on Idle Screen
Homeowners can hide the Pro logo from the idle screen if they want.
Step 1: Go to 'Menu'.
Step 2: Tap ‘Device Preferences'.
Step 3: Select 'Standby Screen'.
Step 4: Toggle off the PRO logo.
