Registering your company in the Cielo PRO App lets you create a centralized account for your HVAC business. You can streamline employee management, track thermostat installations, and organize customer profiles.
Here’s how to register your company during the account setup.
Step 1: Select ‘Register as a Company’.
Step 2: Enter your contact details.
Step 3: You’ll be taken to the 'Join or Set Up Company' screen.
How to Join a Company
Step 1: Use the search bar to find your company.
Step 2: The company details will be displayed. Tap ‘Join Company’.
The company admin will be notified of your request.
Step 3: Your request will appear as pending in the Cielo PRO app. You will receive an email once it has been processed.
How to Set Up a New Company
Step 1: Tap ‘Setup As a New Company' to create a new profile for your business.
Step 2: Enter the company details, phone number, and address.
Step 3: Your company has been registered. Add your company logo for free Pro branding, which displays your business information on the homeowner’s thermostat and app.
