Yes, with Cielo PRO app, you can configure Cielo smart thermostats in advance from anywhere.
Once you arrive at the customer's location, simply tap Resume Installation on the Cielo PRO app home screen to pick up right where you left off. You can then physically install the device, run the equipment tests, and hand it off to the customer.
This helps Pros:
- Save time during the on-site appointment.
- Batch-configure multiple devices before heading out for installations.
Note: The homeowner will not have access to the thermostat until the handoff is finalized.
Step 1: After configuring the thermostat, tap 'Handoff Later'.
Step 2: Add a note for later.
Step 3: Later, when you arrive at the customer’s house, tap ‘Resume Installation’ on the home screen to continue the setup from where you left off.
