PRO Access is a feature in the Cielo PRO app that allows HVAC professionals to temporarily reconnect to an installed Cielo smart thermostat directly via Bluetooth. Whether you are on-site for a system reconfiguration or troubleshooting a technical issue, PRO Access gives you fast, secure access to the device without requiring an on-site Wi-Fi connection.
With PRO Access, HVAC Pros can:
- Reconfigure equipment (central HVAC systems) or reconfigure AC remote (mini-split systems)
- Update equipment preferences
- Test the equipment
- Update logo or contact details (Cielo Smart Thermostat & Cielo Breez Edge Pro)
Important
- Once PRO Access is enabled, the Pro can connect to the device via Bluetooth, no Wi-Fi required.
PRO Access will automatically end after 30 minutes of inactivity.
The HVAC Pro can also manually end the session once they’ve completed the required changes.
How to Enable PRO Access on Cielo Smart Thermostat?
Step 1: Go to 'Menu'.
Step 2: Tap 'Know Your PRO'.
Step 3: Tap 'PRO Access' to enable it.
Step 4: Now, open the Cielo PRO app. Tap 'PRO Access' on the homescreen, then tap 'Continue'.
Step 5: Select the required options. Once you have made all the necessary changes, tap ‘Finish’ to end the session.
How to Enable PRO Access on Cielo Breez Edge Pro?
Step 1: Tap the 'Menu' icon on Breez Edge Pro.
Step 2: Tap 'Know Your PRO'.
Step 3: Tap 'PRO Access'. Then tap 'Yes' to enable it.
Step 4: Now, open the Cielo PRO app. Tap 'PRO Access' on the homescreen, then tap 'Continue'.
Step 5: Select the required options. Once you have made all the necessary changes, tap ‘Finish’ to end the session.
How to Enable PRO Access on Cielo Breez Max?
Step 1: On the Breez Max control screen, touch and hold the 'Menu' and 'Preset' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until you see PA on the screen.
Step 2: Now, open the Cielo PRO app. Tap 'PRO Access' on the homescreen, then tap 'Continue'.
Step 3: Select the required options. Once you have made all the necessary changes, tap ‘Finish’ to end the session.
